This image was shot from Battery Spencer on a trip to the Bay with my son. He wanted to practice capturing long exposure photos, and I was able to take photos of my own in between assisting him. The bridge is always a favorite subject of mine, and, that night, it was showing fantastic character. The overcast skies reflect the orange tones that are amplified by the bridge, and the city in the background glows through the mist.
